Guy Ramsay invites everyone to embrace their passion for martial arts at The Griphouse, located on the top floor of 10 Possil Road, Glasgow. Known as Scotland's leading MMA Gym, The Griphouse offers a variety of classes and training sessions to suit various interests and schedules.
Guy has ensured the timetable is flexible, accommodating different availabilities. The gym provides PAYG options at £8 per class (£5 for those under 13), alongside monthly unlimited plans at £70 (£50 for under 18/student and £40 for under 13).
For MMA enthusiasts, squad training is available on Mondays and Fridays at 6pm, with fundamental classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. Those keen on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can join Gi training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, or No-gi training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with sessions suitable for all experience levels.
Boxing classes are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm, while Muay Thai training is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Safety and inclusivity are priorities, with advanced classes and sparring sessions accessible to regular attendees or those approved by the coaching staff.
