The Function Junction, led by Jamie, is a Pilates studio in London. Jamie focuses on personalised care, aiming to help each client reach their unique goals. Whether it's addressing pain from sitting at a desk, improving your golf swing or tennis serve, navigating pregnancy, training for a race, or just enjoying time with the grandchildren, Jamie is dedicated to educating and empowering clients.

Jamie’s approach to movement and performance targets the true causes of dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms. Clients are guided through a journey where the human body's capabilities are explored fully, helping everyone move, feel, and perform better in any activity.

The studio offers various services, including Pilates, functional movement, and Applied Functional Science. Pilates at The Function Junction centres on core strength, posture, balance, and joint mobility, using mat exercises or special equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, based on individual needs.
