One of their key programmes is the FIT Bootcamp, held every Thursday at 7pm in Culver Close and on Saturdays at 10am in Victory Field. These 45-minute sessions are fun, challenging, and designed to make participants feel stronger and fitter. Everyone is welcome, and the sessions are on, no matter the weather. Non-members can join for £8 per session, while members enjoy a discounted rate of £5. There's also the option of a stamp card – buy 10 sessions and get the 11th free.

Phil also hosts speaking and wellbeing events. He shares his experiences and delivers sessions on topics like mindset, focus, energy, and the nervous system. These events are a great way to feel motivated and inspired.
