The Fit Stop

The Fit Stop, located in St Kilda East, is a personal training and weight loss service that is dedicated to helping individuals feel better, move better, and turn back the clock on their bodies. With over 10 years of experience, The Fit Stop offers custom programmes designed around individual goals, expert guidance and coaching, and a supportive and friendly environment.

Personal training and coaching sessions are available either one-on-one or in pairs and run for 60 minutes. Each session is tailored to the client's specific goals and includes a comprehensive assessment to ensure safe and effective exercise selection. The experienced and educated trainers at The Fit Stop provide expert guidance and coaching from start to finish, helping clients achieve long-term, sustainable results without breaking their bodies in the process.

In addition to personal training, The Fit Stop also offers small group training sessions with a maximum of six participants. These sessions focus on mobility, functional movement, strength training, and general physical fitness. By keeping the group size small, the trainers are able to provide individualised attention, assist with technique, and modify exercises to suit each individual's needs.
