Once your evaluation is complete, you will be placed in the appropriate class level, whether it be SBC, L1, 2, 3, or 4, based on your individual needs and goals. Our classes are designed to build a strong foundation in skill, strength, and awareness while focusing on proper breathing techniques. As you progress and get stronger, you will have the opportunity to advance to higher levels and ultimately reach Level 4.
