In addition to our regular classes, The Fitness Pack also offers unique wellness experiences. We host Meditation Sessions and Sound Baths, allowing you to relax, rejuvenate, and improve your mental well-being. For those seeking a deeper wellness retreat, we organise yearly Wellness Weekends at Higher Farm in Cheshire, surrounded by the beautiful countryside.
