Our fitness centre offers state-of-the-art facilities and expertise to support your fitness journey. We are constantly improving our equipment, with a full equipment refresh planned for 2023 to ensure you have access to the latest fitness technology.
With over 86 stations, not including pairs of dumbbells up to 62. 5KG and kettlebells up to 24KG, we provide a wide range of fitness options to suit your needs. Our facility has been recognised for its excellence, winning multiple awards in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Our inspiration for Fitness Forge comes from blacksmithing, where raw metal is transformed into works of art. Similarly, we aim to help you transform your body and lifestyle to better suit your busy life. It takes effort and determination, but in time, you can become the person you aspire to be.
As the one-stop gym in St. Neots and the surrounding areas, we offer a wide range of equipment to cater to all fitness levels and preferences. Our facility includes a full range of resistance machines by Matrix, Precor, and Primal Strength, as well as treadmills, steppers, cross trainers, and bikes by Matrix and Concept2. We also have dedicated free weights, with over 1200KG of Olympic plates, and top-of-the-range dumbbells and barbells.
Squat and bench racks, a multi-position bench press station, and an adjustable cable crossover provide additional training options.
Our gym also features functional equipment such as medballs, powerbags, battle ropes, TRX suspension training, Olympic rings, and parallette bars. We have space for callisthenics and a studio for virtual classes on demand. Secure storage lockers, private showers, and changing facilities are available for your convenience.
At Fitness Forge, we pride ourselves on our experienced and professional staff. Our team consists of trained professionals who excel in their field. Many of our fitness staff have additional education in alternative training strategies, ensuring that we can cater to your individual needs.
We offer plentiful free parking for our members and provide a range of supplements from pre to post-workout. Our facility also offers hot showers and private changing facilities to enhance your experience.
