Rachel's primary influence is the 600-year-old teachings of Master Fiore dei Liberi, whose straightforward approach forms the backbone of their instruction. The techniques practised have been extensively researched by group members for over 15 years, in collaboration with similar societies dedicated to European Martial Arts.
The community of European Martial Arts is growing, attracting individuals from diverse combat study disciplines and mainstream martial arts. With The Exiles, training intensity and focus are tailored to individual preferences and objectives. Structured lessons guide members through their martial arts journey.
Rachel's club is inclusive, welcoming everyone regardless of skill level, knowledge, race, or gender, though members must be 16 years or older due to insurance policies.
