The Dolphin offers several membership packages designed to cater to various preferences and needs. The Premium membership provides access to the gym, swimming facilities, and a variety of classes, with the convenience of booking sessions up to 15 days in advance. Prices for this membership start at £49.00 per month, with an initial joining fee.

For those who prefer swimming, the Swim membership offers access to all swimming facilities and bookable activities, also with 15 days' advance booking rights. This option starts at £29.00 per month, plus a joining fee.

For younger individuals, there are tailored memberships as well. The Premium 16-18 membership, priced from £27.00 per month with a joining fee, offers gym, swim, and class access for those aged 16 to 18. Similarly, the Premium 19-25 membership caters to those aged 19 to 25 with prices starting at £35.00 per month, also with a joining fee.

Recognising the unique challenges of the times, The Dolphin has introduced a Covid Recovery Programme aimed at aiding individuals affected by Long COVID. Further details on this initiative can be found on the centre’s website.

For a more flexible approach, the Places membership allows individuals to book online and pay as they go, with 8 days' advance booking rights from the session start time. This gives the freedom to select activities and pay accordingly.

Beyond gym and swimming, The Dolphin offers a broad range of classes suitable for all ages and abilities. The inclusive timetable includes kids’ swimming lessons aligned with the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, ensuring a secure and enjoyable learning experience under the guidance of experienced instructors.
