The Dojo Project - Neo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts club located in Oakville that aims to rebuild community and reduce violence through the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The club's mission is to instill confidence, empathy, and high-level problem-solving skills in its members while teaching the art of jiu jitsu.
The club offers a range of classes for both adults and children, including a 90-minute instructional class exploring grips, transitions, and submissions, as well as a women's only grappling class led by a purple belt competitor. There are also classes specifically designed for kids and youth, including a 90-minute instructional class for gi jiu jitsu and a 30-minute introductory class for children aged 4-6.
