The Den Athletics in Whitby is Durham's leading fitness club, focused on providing a fun and supportive community for all members. Our original programming covers a range of fitness disciplines such as bodybuilding, olympic weightlifting, endurance training, gymnastics, plyometrics and more. We offer a variety of programs, including our Alpha Program which provides one-on-one training tailored to individual goals and challenges.
