At The Core Wellness Studio, we take pride in offering a unique Pilates experience. Our classes include reformer, mat, and barre Pilates, catering to individuals of all fitness levels. We keep our group sessions small, allowing us to provide personal attention to each participant. This also enables us to accommodate pregnant women and individuals recovering from injuries, ensuring inclusivity in our sessions.
Beyond being just a Pilates studio, The Core Wellness Studio is a community of like-minded instructors and clients who support and encourage each other during every class.
