Fitness, to him, isn't just about cardiac efficiency, but about the body's ability to perform optimally in pursuit of a specific goal. Whether that goal is to become a strongman or a marathon runner, Andrew believes that total bodily efficiency and deep understanding of human movement are key components to achieving success.
Andrew's journey in the fitness industry began over 15 years ago, but his passion for fitness and sports goes back to his youth. With a background in martial arts, including a black belt in Kenpo karate and kickboxing, Andrew understands the importance of discipline, dedication, and persistence in achieving one's goals. Upon moving to Sydney, he shifted his focus to boxing and had the opportunity to work with a world-class bodybuilding and powerlifting coach, Jim O'Donovan, who became his mentor.
Under Jim's guidance, Andrew studied and obtained certifications in fitness, powerlifting, and became well-versed in the scientific principles behind human movement. Jim's expertise and experience of over 40 years in the industry inspired Andrew to continue his quest for knowledge and develop his own skills as a coach.
Now, as “The Complete Coach,” Andrew offers a professional one-on-one experience that is guaranteed to help his clients reach their goals and think differently about their approach to fitness, nutrition, and overall health. With a deep understanding of various fitness disciplines and a focus on total bodily efficiency, Andrew is able to tailor his coaching to meet individual needs and aspirations.
