Charlotte Burgess, the organiser behind The Collective Aerial Arts & Fitness, is keen to connect with the sports community. Charlotte's journey began after she was made redundant, prompting her to follow her passion for fitness and aerial arts. She returned to college to train as a personal trainer and aerial arts teacher, allowing her to open The Collective and balance her professional and family life. Charlotte is committed to helping others reach their fitness targets and enjoys being a part of each individual's journey.

Charlotte believes that exercise is not just about physical benefits, but also enhances confidence, reduces anxiety, and promotes social interaction.

Also teaching at The Collective is Laura Crouch, who brings over 10 years of experience in pole training. She is passionate about making fitness fun and accessible, viewing movement as essential for well-being.
