In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Circus Fix has implemented strict safety measures, including limited open, self-directed training, to ensure the health and well-being of all members. It is important for those with high risk levels for COVID-19 or displaying symptoms to refrain from attending classes at this time.
With a 24-hour cancelation policy in place, The Circus Fix ensures that classes remain intimate and focused, with smaller class sizes for individual attention and safety. Late arrivals are not permitted beyond 15 minutes after the class starts, as a proper warm-up is crucial for safety during circus activities.
Participants are encouraged to wear athletic attire that covers the backs of knees and lower back, while footwear is not requiredbare feet are optimal for movement. Classes and open gym sessions may be cancelled if there are zero participants registered within 2 hours of the class time, so early registration is recommended.
The Circus Fix also offers a waitlist option for popular classes, with prepaid class credits ensuring availability for future use if a spot does not open up. Email notifications and the studio's app keep members informed of important updates, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
