Our weekday classes and immersions provide opportunities to learn and practise Qigong in a supportive and nurturing environment. Some of our upcoming programmes include the Winter Immersion – Restore Vitality, a mini retreat to nourish the 'Water Element' within and restore your vitality. We also have the Move Well with Qigong programme, a 4-week programme focusing on keeping your body moving well. Additionally, we offer the 5 Element Qigong programme, a 6-week programme of dynamic Qigong practises to deeply nourish and cleanse your organs. Our Vitality Qigong programme is a 5-week programme that enhances mobility and renews energy, while our Restorative Qigong programme focuses on mindful movement to keep your body and energy in good health.
As an integrative health coach and movement therapist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide you on your healing journey. With a holistic approach to personal transformation, I address not just the physical body, but also the emotions, heart, mind, and spirit. My training includes trauma-informed movement therapies, certification in positive neuroplasticity, Chinese food medicine, remedial massage, and certification as a Gut and Psychology Syndrome practitioner.
I believe that the combination of prescriptive Qigong movements, along with appropriate dietary and lifestyle practises, creates a powerful platform for long-term well-being.
