To book classes, members can download the FREE GYMCATCH app and search for “THE BUNKER GYM”. The app provides the class schedule and allows members to book into classes. The class schedule is as follows: Tuesday to Friday, 7am-7:45am; Monday to Friday, 7pm; and Saturday, 11:00am-12:15pm.

One of the signature classes at The Bunker Gym is “The Bunker Burnout. ” This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session combines boxing and circuits in a friendly group setting. The class times are Tuesday to Thursday, 7am-7:45am; Monday to Friday, 7pm; and Saturday, 11:00am-12:30pm.

For those looking for personalised training, The Bunker Gym offers various packages. The prices are as follows: Bronze Package – 400 for 6 x 60-minute sessions, Silver Package – 600 for 10 x 60-minute sessions, and Gold Package – 750 for 15 x 60-minute sessions. There is also a pay-as-you-go option and a buddy deal for training sessions.

In terms of facilities, The Bunker Gym does not currently have showers but is working on it. Limited parking is available in the Nursery car park, and on-street parking can be found on Anson Road. Additionally, cycle parking is available on the north side of the Pavilion Café.

The Bunker Gym is run by Dusty Hall, an Elite Boxing coach, YMCA-qualified personal trainer, and strength & conditioning trainer. With his background in boxing, athletics, and rugby, Dusty focuses on improving overall fitness and performance. He has experience designing fitness programmes and coaching for Kilburn Cosmos RFC, emphasising explosive power, strength, endurance, and stamina.

At The Bunker Gym, members can expect challenging yet enjoyable workout classes, a supportive community, and personalised fitness training to help them achieve their goals.
