The Bridge Pilates Studio

Welcome to The Bridge Pilates Studio, located on the first floor of Linden Mill in Hebden Bridge. Established in January 2017, we are proud to be the first fully equipped Pilates studio in the area, offering expertly delivered Pilates sessions on both the equipment and mat. Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.

Recently, we have moved to our new home in the town centre, providing easy accessibility to our clients. In addition to regular classes, we also offer 1-2-1 tutorial sessions, online classes, Pre and Post Natal classes, and host a variety of wellbeing and mindfulness workshops.

At The Bridge Pilates Studio, we believe that Pilates has a mindful influence on the way we move. By becoming more aware of our movement choices, we can improve movement habits and patterns, leading to a better sense of wellbeing on a daily basis. Our sessions are tailored to suit your body, needs, and goals, with the aim of guiding you to make better movement choices both during sessions and in your daily activities.

Our fully equipped and airy studio space offers a breathtaking view of the rolling West Yorkshire hills. The studio is equipped with top-notch Pilates equipment, helping you achieve optimal results. Our timetable includes availability for 1-2-1 sessions on both the mat and equipment, as well as a full range of classes including Studio Equipment, Reformer Pre Natal, Post Natal, and Mat Pilates.

For those looking for Pilates classes at their fingertips, we offer Bridge Pilates On Demand, our sister site that provides access to a monthly live class and a catalogue of different Pilates classes. You can choose a class based on length, anatomy focus, props, or theme, giving you the flexibility to tailor your practise to your specific needs.

We understand that life can get busy, which is why we also offer online classes. This provides you with the opportunity to continue your Pilates practise from the comfort of your own home or when you are unable to make it to the studio for your regular classes.
