For those in need of rehabilitation, we provide specialised services such as pelvic floor rehab and Pilates. Our Pilates classes are led by a rehab specialist, offering group classes as well as personalised 1:1 or duet training sessions. Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.

The Body Repair Clinic is also equipped to handle injuries that require more intensive treatment. We have extensive experience in treating conditions such as back, neck, and spine pain, ankle and knee sprains, shoulder and neck strains, and post-operative rehabilitation.
