ServicesAt The Bears Coaching, we offer affordable and professional sports coaching for children aged 2-11. We believe that exercise is an integral part of growing up and aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children of all abilities to learn and develop their skills.

We offer a variety of services including weekly football sessions in Boston, Spilsby, Sibsey, and Heckington. Our sessions are tailored to different age groups, with simple and fun games to keep young minds entertained. We also offer community sessions at various venues, allowing children to learn and play in a supportive and inclusive environment.

AcademyOur academy is designed to help children reach their full potential and develop well-rounded skills. Our team of professional coaches deliver high-quality coaching based on a building block system. We start with the fundamentals and gradually work towards more advanced skills and games.

The academy is based in Boston, Spilsby, Coningsby, Sibsey, and Sleaford. We work with schools, nurseries, and offer after-school sessions to provide children with ample opportunities to learn and grow. We also organise affordable holiday camps during school breaks to keep children engaged and active.

The Bears Coaching was founded by Max Ward, our head coach, in February 2015. Max gained invaluable coaching skills while working with Arsenal FC in London and pursued his passion for community sports coaching by studying for an FDSC in Community Sports Coaching.

Max's experience with Arsenal FC and his dedication to providing high-quality coaching are instilled in The Bears Coaching. Our coaching approach focuses on creating a fun and enjoyable learning environment for children, utilising a variety of activities and games.
