The gym shares its location with Cotswold Motorhome Hire in the industrial yard, opposite Blake's Kitchen. Ample parking is available within the yard for the convenience of members.

The gym is open throughout the week with varying hours. From Monday to Friday, The Barn is open from 7 AM to 8:30 PM, allowing members to fit their workouts into their busy schedules. On Saturdays, the gym opens at 8 AM and closes at 4 PM. The gym is closed on Sundays.

The Barn offers a range of training options, including 1:1 training sessions with Harrie, a highly experienced boxing coach. Harrie specialises in boxing, weight management, and building confidence. Members can book sessions on a weekly basis, with packages available for 4-week training commitments. Prices for 1:1 training sessions are subject to change and must be paid by the 1st of each month.

In addition to on-site training, The Barn also offers online coaching services. Members can enrol in the Tailor Made Programme, which includes personalised plans, coaching, and accountability tools. Monthly prices for online coaching start on the 1st of each month. Vouchers are available for both in-person and online training sessions.
