The classes are 30 minutes in length, with 28 minutes dedicated to instruction and feedback from the instructor.

Registration at The Aqua Life is flexible, with no registration deadlines and students able to join at any time based on available capacity. Classes run throughout the year, and students can continue lessons for as long as they are registered. Withdrawal from classes requires at least thirty days written notice, and credits are offered for classes cancelled due to pool closure.

The Aqua Life Swim Academy values the importance of consistent attendance and commitment to scheduled classes. No refunds are offered for missed classes, but the academy strives to provide the best possible experience for all students. Make-up classes are not offered due to limited pool time, however, the academy's make-up policy ensures that students receive the highest quality instruction.
