The Anatomy Rooms is a vibrant dance company and art gallery located in Aberdeen, Scotland. With a history of 35 years, they have been leading positive impacts through dance in the North East of Scotland. The company aims to increase and encourage participation in dance for all ages and abilities, building a dance community. They also strive to support and nurture dance talent, growing a network of dance artists, and to grow audiences for dance, fostering a curiosity for the art form.

The Anatomy Rooms is committed to being a dynamic organisation that develops dance-related projects to identify and respond to local needs and national priorities. They aim to lead collaborative practise and forge strong relationships and partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally. Furthermore, the company promotes the physical, mental, and social benefits of dance for overall well-being and ensures access and inclusion for all.

The classes offered at The Anatomy Rooms cater to a wide range of ages, skill levels, and abilities. They provide open-level Dance Fitness classes for all, as well as fast-paced Commercial Jazz classes. Their class timetable can be viewed on their website, and participants can easily book their classes in advance. In addition to their classes, The Anatomy Rooms also offers outreach sessions at external venues as part of their Education and Outreach programmes.
