The founder, Luis Miguel, has worked with Arsenal FC for over 20 years and went on to develop soccer programmes in multiple countries across various disciplines. Luis's vision was to provide age-appropriate sports and skills development programmes for both children and adults. He has also been recognised for his programmes aimed at children with learning challenges and at-risk youth, showcasing his dedication to providing learning opportunities for all.

At The 12th Player Soccer Academy, players have the opportunity to learn and train with a team of highly qualified coaches including Stefan Valentini, Brandon Lundy, Craig Smart, and Oliver Koubilay. In addition to their regular training programmes, The 12th Player Soccer Academy also participates in the Futsal Victorian State Championship.
