The Wight Wellbeing Collective runs yoga and wellbeing classes in Cowes, based at Unit 3, Shepards Wharf, Medina Road. It is a calm, welcoming studio focused on self care and balance, with classes and workshops for all and a supportive space for teachers. The mix includes yoga alongside breath work, men's classes, as well as pregnancy and postnatal yoga, plus workshop sessions such as sound baths, reiki ceremonies, and preparation for birth. There is an emphasis on building community.
