The Studio Specialized Personal Training offers personalized fitness training and group classes in Mountain Brook, serving the Birmingham area. Get 1:1 personal training with qualified, friendly trainers, or join group workouts including HIIT, strength and conditioning, yoga, spin, cardio, circuit, ROM, and bodyweight training. The Studio also runs ARX adaptive resistance exercise, which tracks your workout and adjusts weight for a strength session in 10 to 20 minutes, once or twice per week.
