The Resistance Women's Strength Studio is a women-only strength and fitness gym in Havelock North, focused on building muscle, bone and mobility. It offers group strength classes for all levels, plus HIIT and mobility sessions. The studio is designed around women's real bodies and real lives, with coaching described as safe, supportive and evidence-based, including support for confidence rebuilds and midlife changes. It's not set up for competition, pressure or judgement.
