Goju-ryu Karate-do Mission International, a popular Karate club in Lane Cove, is excited to promote a local Karate event called The Pursuit of Peace, The Martial Arts Tradition Continues Class. This event is perfect for those who are interested in exploring and learning more about the art of Karate.
The class takes place in the vibrant city of Sydney, offering participants an opportunity to be a part of this remarkable martial arts experience. Currently, classes are held three times a week at two different locations. The beginners' class wraps up at Surry Hills Dojo on Mondays, while on Wednesdays and Fridays, it all happens at Rozelle Dojo. It's important to keep in mind that there are no classes on public holidays, so mark your calendars accordingly.
Now let's talk about the fees. To be a part of this incredible Karate class, there is an annual membership fee of $33 per person. On top of that, there is a monthly training fee of $80 for most participants. Adult Black & Colour Belts, who are 19 years old and above, pay slightly more at $64. However, for White Belts, Beginners (one-hour class), and Students (under 19 years old), the fee is $64. If you're a visitor, you're more than welcome to attend the class for $15 per class (Students) or $18 per class (Adults). Please note that there is also an annual insurance fee of approximately $26 per year, which is payable in June or together with the Annual Membership Fee.
If you prefer to train only once a week on a regular basis, fear not! We have special rates for you. The monthly fee for Adult Colour Belt is $40, while White Belts and Students can enjoy a discounted rate of $32. However, in the month of January, the monthly fee for all members, except for those who train once a week, is set at $40. For the once-a-week members, the fee drops even further to $20. And here's a little bonus for families – we offer a 5% discount on the monthly fees if the fees for all family members are paid together within the month.
With two convenient locations, the Surry Hills Dojo and the Rozelle Dojo, attending this Karate class has never been easier. The Surry Hills Dojo is situated at Bourke Street Public School Hall, specifically at 590 Bourke Street, Surry Hills. On the other hand, the Rozelle Dojo is located at Rozelle Public School Hall, with the entrance accessible through Darling St, Rozelle (Gate at Hamilton Street).
