The Pilates Movement runs Pilates-focused training in Honeydew (Randpark Ridge), Johannesburg. Expect small, guided sessions built around control and concentration, with options including mat Pilates, reformer Pilates using spring resistance, TRX suspension training, and barre. They also offer pre- and post-natal Pilates to help support strength, flexibility and safe movement during pregnancy.
