The Mind and Muscle Movement provides 1:1 online personal training coaching for busy adults in Killashandra who want to build strength and consistency. Coaching is delivered as a structured system combining a personalised training programme, calorie and macro guidance, and habit and lifestyle coaching. Alongside weekly video check-ins and daily support, the programme includes mindset and wellbeing check-ins to help clients stay on track long term, not just for short challenges.
