The Jog Squad, a run club in Christchurch, has just kicked off Season 4 on Tuesday January 30th. If you're interested in joining, it's not too late! Every Tuesday, they gather for a time-based jog, so come on down and lace up your running shoes.
Their main aim is to create a welcoming community that anyone and everyone can be a part of. Whether you're searching for some running buddies or keen to beat your personal best, The Jog Squad has got your back. They'll be meeting every Tuesday from January 16th until April 16th in 2024.

Each week, they plan out new running routes and different types of runs. Their expert pacers will be there, running at various speeds to accommodate all fitness levels. Rather than focusing on distance, they'll be running for time.
The ultimate goal for Season 4 is to complete the CHCH Half Marathon on Sunday April 21st, 2024. It's a great opportunity to set a goal and work towards it with the support of the club.
