The Hive (Gym & Sauna)

Get coached workouts and strength and conditioning at The Hive in Napier, with options for beginners through experienced members. Their main SWARM class follows a structured program for athletic improvement, supported by mobility sessions, open gym and a PLAY class. The Hive also offers private coaching for goals like weight loss, fitness, movement skills and rehab or recovery. Kids and young adults aged 8 and up can train in the Hive Youth program, with sauna and plunge available too.
