The Happy Body provides Pilates and somatic movement in Matfield and nearby areas of Kent. Classes are friendly and mixed-ability, focusing on body awareness through specific, slow and focused movements. Alongside group sessions, it also offers bespoke 1:2:1 holistic treatments combining Pilates and somatic approaches, aimed at easing unnecessary tension and helping people move without pain. Suitable for every body and every age, including those dealing with tight, restricted movement or ongoing muscular pain.
