The RowErg, SkiErg, and BikeErg will be putting athletes through their paces in multiple events each day, with scoring opportunities galore. If you're interested, make sure you have 60 to 90 minutes free daily to tackle the challenges. Athletes can choose to power through all events in one go or spread them out through the day for optimal performance and recovery. Top Men's & Women's Overall contenders will be walking away with some Canadian dollars in prize money, along with rewards for Age Group champions.
