One of the courses being offered is the Individual Modules Support Your Floor™, which focuses on preventative programs for pelvic floor health. This module serves as a prerequisite for all other courses in The Centre’s curriculum. Another exciting course available at the event is Rocking and Rolling to Release™, an introductory level course for myofascial release techniques. This course utilises movement, with or without the gentle pressure of small balls, to release fascial restrictions. By incorporating specific body positions, breath work, and gentle rocking movements, this course aims to enhance mobility, stability, and release. The techniques taught in this course can easily be incorporated into your current workout routine, allowing you to experience both release and strengthening of the body. The course emphasises the use of breath, pace, and flow to stimulate the body's natural ability to move freely. Plus, the use of different textured balls provides strategic pressure, support, and movement during rolling exercises, catering to individual needs and offering fast-acting results.
