Let's start with our EdGym program, tailor-made for children aged 2.5 to 4 years. This play-based, parent-assisted program focuses on enhancing physical development and preparing young ones for kindergarten, school, or future sports. The program takes place in our purpose-built gymnastics stadium, equipped with age-appropriate equipment to make learning fun and enjoyable.
Next up, we have the GymSafe program, perfect for children aged 6 to 14 years. This comprehensive program offers ten levels, with each level focusing on teaching valuable life skills such as confidence, self-esteem, discipline, body awareness, strength, and flexibility. All apparatus are covered in this program, laying a solid foundation for those interested in pursuing other sports. Participants progress at their own pace, ensuring they learn and grow with each term.
If you're looking for a class that covers all aspects of gymnastics, then the GymSafe Allstar class is for you. This class is open to athletes of all genders and is designed to help individuals develop their skills on all gymnastics apparatus and equipment. Our goal is to help every athlete reach their full potential and showcase their talents at our Annual Gymsafe Champs event.
For boys and girls with intermediate gymnastics experience, we offer the GymStar program. These recreational competitive classes run for 3 hours once a week, with the option to attend multiple classes. GymStar participants learn skills and routines on all apparatus, including the men's apparatus for girls' classes. Throughout the year, competitions are held to give participants the opportunity to demonstrate their progress and celebrate their achievements.
