Welcome to Thames Rowing Club, a premier rowing club situated along the scenic banks of the Thames in London. Run by Clara, the club has a deep history and state-of-the-art facilities, making it an ideal spot for rowers, event organisers, and those seeking a unique venue for weddings or special events.

Clara has ensured that Thames Rowing Club offers a range of membership categories for adult men and women of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned rower or a complete beginner, there's something for everyone here. Although there's no junior squad or short learn-to-row courses at the moment, and private or one-to-one lessons aren't available, there's still plenty on offer for adult enthusiasts.

Experienced rowers will feel right at home in the men’s and women’s senior squads. Clara is passionate about fostering rowing talent and is keen to see individuals excel. These squads are designed for those with previous experience who are eager to improve and achieve their rowing goals. Coxes, both seasoned and beginners, are also welcome, with tailored programmes and regular feedback to hone their skills. Membership fees for coxes are £125, or £50 if they bring their own cox box.

Beyond rowing, Thames Rowing Club, under Clara's guidance, offers a host of other amenities. The 1860 Club lets alumni remain connected, engaging in social activities with former teammates. Club merchandise, such as pin badges, bow ties, ties, cufflinks, and greeting cards, is available to show support.

For dining, Clara has partnered with a top catering team to bring you Riverside at Thames, a delightful dining experience open on most Sundays.

The club also offers venue hire with stunning views of the Thames. It's a perfect choice for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Clara’s experienced team will work closely with you to ensure your event is a success.
