Terry School of Dance

Terry School of Dance, since 1979, has been a staple in Birmingham’s dance scene. Led by passionate teachers, this school offers a mix of styles like Tap, Ballet, Acro/Gym Dance, Freestyle/Street, Theatre Craft, Musical Theatre, and Contemporary Modern Jazz for anyone aged 2½ and up.

Every Saturday morning, the school runs a packed schedule of group and private lessons, with a handy break thrown in. Terry and the team work hard to stay on top of their game by getting new qualifications and learning the latest moves.

Throughout the year, the school puts on events like the Christmas Showcase, where students perform, and some standout dancers get awards. Terry also makes sure everyone’s in the loop with important dates for exams, festivals, and term times.
