As children progress in age, they can join classes such as Bouncing Bears, Rolling Ravens, Soaring Eagles, and Minis, each designed to help them develop fundamental movement skills and discover the joy of physical activity.
For older children, Terrace Peaks Gymnastics offers specialized programs such as Cartwheeling Kermodes for kindergarteners, focusing on fundamental movements, body control, and spatial awareness. The CanGym program, available for grades 1 and up, focuses on the development of all gymnastics skills through 8 badge levels.
