Children can begin training with us from around the age of 5-6. In our kids' classes, they will learn basic Aikido skills and movements, along with the routines and discipline of martial arts. We encourage parents to join in and participate in the low-impact and relaxed training sessions, fostering a fun and supportive learning environment for the whole family.
Additionally, we offer dedicated weapons classes that focus on control and defence against various weapons. This training allows students to develop proficiency in handling different weapons and prepares them for self-defence situations.

For beginners and newcomers, we offer free training sessions where you can observe or participate in our classes. Please come dressed in loose and comfortable clothes, without any jewellery except for a wedding ring, and tie back long hair. Arriving a few minutes early allows you to introduce yourself to the instructor or senior students and familiarise yourself with the dojo.
Our beginner classes focus on teaching the fundamental movements and techniques of Aikido, ensuring a solid foundation for further learning. Children over the age of 7 can join our children's classes, where they will develop practical movement, awareness, calmness, and a positive attitude while having fun through exercises, games, and techniques.
We also offer traditional weapons training, including the Jo (wooden staff), Bokken (wooden practise sword), and Tanto (wooden training knife). In addition, we provide training in sword arts based on the Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu style. This comprehensive weapons training allows students to expand their martial arts knowledge and enhance their self-defence skills.
