As a Tempo 301 Pilates instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach our dynamic and results-driven reformer Pilates classes. Our method combines controlled movements with music, creating a fun and engaging workout experience. In addition to our reformer Pilates classes, we also offer high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes.
