Temenos Athletics

Temenos Athletics is a small group functional fitness gym in Kelowna, BC. It's built for people who want technique and functional movement training, with coaching focused on both physical and mental strength and longevity. Classes are structured with a warm-up, a main lift, and strength and cardio work, and the group size is designed to feel more personal and welcoming. Temenos is a fit for beginners to experienced members who want supportive coaching and a community atmosphere.
