For our youngest students aged 5 and 6, we offer the Ppi Jiu Jitsu programme, where they can learn basic Jiu Jitsu movements in a fun and safe environment. Our Tamariki programme, for ages 7 to 9, aims to build a strong foundation in our young students, equipping them with valuable life skills. Rangatahi, aged 10 to 14, are guided through teachings focused on discipline, persistence, cooperation, and respect, both on and off the mats. In our Adults programme, we assist individuals in achieving their personal goals, whether it be weight loss, self-defence, or becoming a Jiu Jitsu champion.

We have a comprehensive timetable that offers a variety of classes, including Gi Fundamentals, No Gi Fundamentals, and Rolling sessions. Our skilled instructors lead each class, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. We also offer private lessons for those seeking personalised instruction.

Head Coach Nicholas Te Aute leads our team of dedicated instructors. With years of training and earning his black belt under the guidance of 4th-degree black belt Fabio Coringa Nunes in Perth, Australia, Nicholas returned to New Zealand to share his knowledge and techniques with his students. His vision is to provide world-class Jiu Jitsu training in a safe, friendly, and fun environment.
