Rangatahi, aged 10 to 14, are guided through teachings focused on discipline, persistence, cooperation, and respect, both on and off the mats. In our Adults programme, we assist individuals in achieving their personal goals, whether it be weight loss, self-defence, or becoming a Jiu Jitsu champion.
We have a comprehensive timetable that offers a variety of classes, including Gi Fundamentals, No Gi Fundamentals, and Rolling sessions. Our skilled instructors lead each class, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. We also offer private lessons for those seeking personalised instruction.
