The practise offers various treatment options including mobilisation of joints, soft tissue massage, trigger point release, exercise programmes, and Pilates rehabilitation sessions. Anne also provides ante and postnatal massage, providing relief and support to women during and after pregnancy. Additionally, she offers advice and education about the condition and strategies to prevent further episodes of pain. Each session begins with a clear explanation of the treatment and exercises involved, and exercises are sent to patients via email for reference.
While the practise is currently closed for one-on-one appointments due to COVID-19, online Pilates classes are available, and Anne also offers one-on-one physiotherapy assessments via Zoom.
