If you're looking for a high-intensity martial arts class, our K1 classes are perfect for you. K1 is a combat sport that combines techniques from kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai. In these classes, you'll learn to use punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes to outsmart and overpower your opponent. We offer a range of classes for children and adults of all ages and abilities. Our classes are limited to small groups to ensure that each student receives individual attention and instruction. Safety is our top priority, and we ensure that all students receive a full safety run-down before participating in any activities.

Located on Balgarthno Road in Dundee, our club is easily accessible with ample parking available. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and we provide bike parking for those who prefer to cycle. Additionally, we offer a free consultation for new students to discuss their goals and determine the best class or programme for them.

Our opening hours are Monday 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, Wednesday 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, and Thursday 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
