Andy Brocklebank invites you all to join Team Elite Southport, located right here in Southport. At Team Elite, there's a variety of classes and courses for everyone, regardless of age or skill level.

One notable class is the Ladies Only Boxing, starting on 9th February at 11 am. It's a great way to burn calories, lose some weight, and tone up. You’ll pick up boxing skills, drills to refine your technique and have a bit of fun while learning self-defence.

There's also the Beginners MMA and Self Defence course, suitable for all age brackets. Andy highly recommends this, and it tends to fill up fast, so an early sign-up is a good idea. If you’re uncertain about your skill level or the course itself, feel free to reach out and ask.

For those interested in fitness classes, Team Elite has options for every age. These classes offer a solid foundation to enhance your fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or are already advanced, these sessions will help you sharpen your skills and boost your confidence, all in an enjoyable setting.

Andy Brocklebank, who heads up Team Elite Southport, ensures that the students always come first. The gym focuses on Thai Boxing, Boxing, MMA, and Self Defence. The coaching team is fully qualified, with British and European/World titles to their names. Andy himself holds the title of 3-time British champion, is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt, and has a BSc degree in sports coaching.
