Team NFA is a transformation gym in Glasgow aimed at people who want structured fitness and physique training. It suits complete beginners through to elite athletes, with coaching across weight loss, functional training, hyrox, and bodybuilding. Members can choose 1-2-1 personal training, couples training, or semi-private training in small groups. Gym-only passes are also available, alongside nutrition planning and regular check-ins to support long-term progress.
