Exciting news from The Climbing Station! They are bringing back the TCS Youth Climbing Competition for its 2nd edition on Saturday, June 1st, 2024. Youth climbers from Youth E to Youth A categories are invited to participate in this thrilling event.
With 10 boulder problems tailored for each category, participants will have a chance to showcase their climbing skills in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. To secure a spot in the competition, it is recommended to register early to avoid disappointment. Don't forget that climbers under 14 must have a completed Parental Consent Form, while those aged 14 and above require both parental and climber's consent forms.
The competition will follow a scramble format, allowing climbers to navigate through the boulder problems at their own pace and style. Route judges will be on hand to provide assistance, and participants can have up to three attempts at each problem. At the end of the day, winners in each category will receive awards, with a potential climb-off for the top spot.
