Their adult dance fitness class is spot on for getting active and having a blast. If you're 18+, come along for just £9.00 per class and join the fun for an hour.
For venues, TDC runs sessions in Braintree and Colchester. In Braintree, you’ll find them at the Braintree Baptist Church Hall and Tabor Academy. In Colchester, head over to Colchester United Football Club. All spots are easy to get to and there's parking too.
