Tatsfield Martial Arts (TMA) is a well-established martial arts club located in Westerham. Founded in 2015 by Adam Plinston, a highly experienced martial artist with over 43 years of training and coaching experience, TMA offers a range of classes in Judo, Japanese Jujitsu, Combat Fitness, and Self Defence.

Adam Plinston holds impressive credentials, including a 6th Dan in Judo and a 3rd Dan in Jujitsu, along with being a BJJ Purple Belt. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Adam brings a wealth of experience to Tatsfield Martial Arts. As a full-time coach, he runs regular classes at Yoshin Ryu Judo Club in Surrey and Carlson Gracie BJJ Club in Kent. Moreover, Adam actively participates in local schools, conducting judo and jujitsu classes, as well as providing tailored self-defence courses for various organisations.

TMA welcomes students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced black belts, and caters to both recreational and competitive players. The classes offered by TMA ensure a holistic approach to martial arts training, focusing not only on winning medals but also on personal growth, discipline, and self-improvement.

In terms of disciplines, TMA provides classes in Judo, a safe and effective martial art that utilises an opponent's movement and strength against them.
